In this series of tutorials we'll discuss what you need to know to begin the lighting phase of your game projects.

To begin, we'll learn how to place and manipulate lights. Then we'll discuss the most important properties used to light amazing levels in Unreal Engine 4. Then we'll learn about Light Mobility which is key to understand in order to create beautiful levels that aren't taxing on the game's performance.

After that, we'll dive a little deeper into some of the advanced properties and what to watch out for when using them. We'll wrap up this training by learning how to utilize light functions to create a flickering light.
