What you'll learn

Throughout these lessons, we will learn an effective workflow for modeling an industrial design concept in the form of a mobile traffic light design. We will then use both Rhino 5 and V-Ray 2.0 to show how to produce eye-catching design visualizations. Upon completion of this tutorial, you'll have gained confidence in using Rhino's surface and solid modeling tools for industrial design. You will be able to effectively allocate and adjust both cameras and lighting, and skilfully apply materials to your model. Lastly, you will become familiar with the various elements of the powerful V-Ray rendering plugin for Rhino. Software required: Rhino 5, V-Ray 2.0.
