What you'll learn

Throughout this tutorial we'll dive into how to execute an in-context assembly design approach in SolidWorks. That assembly will use a sketch part on top of the FeatureManager tree to drive all of the parts and their associated features. This concept makes it easy to create and manage generalized modeling relationships, so when modifications are needed they can be accomplished quickly with fewer errors and timely rebuilds. Software required: SolidWorks 2012 .
