What you'll learn

In this tutorial, we will cover multiple stages of preparing the geometry for rendering. We will set up UVs, materials, textures, as well as a series of light sources. We will look at some camera settings that can be adjusted to make our image more suitable for the architectural visualization style. We will set up two scenes for night and daytime environments. At the end, you will have a solid foundation for architectural visualizations. Software required: Maya 2012, Maxwell 2.6.
