Re: Wacom intuos 4 or intuos 5(medium).which one is better?
I just took a quick glance at this comparison and it looks to me like the main difference with the intuos5 is the addition of the multi-touch features. I actually work on a cintiq here for DT but at home I have an older intuos3 and it still works just fine. Personally, I don't see that there are any features between the two that would make either better than the other for drawing in Photoshop. But then again, honestly, the tool doesn't make the artist. A good artist can draw with an HB pencil, a 4B pencil, a stick of charcoal, or a crayon for that matter.
If it is your first time using a tablet to draw then you should definitely expect a bit of a learning curve. I remember it took me quite a while to get used to not looking at what my hand was doing. As for the nibs, really it all depends on which nib you prefer and what type of drawing style you use. Personally, I use the spring loaded nibs and they last me quite a long time as they are very durable. My personal preference though is really the felt nibs because they provide a little bit more texture on the tablet (like a pencil on paper) but they are also a lot softer. I have a pretty heavy hand and go through those way too fast. If you purchase a new tablet, it should come with a variety of nibs for you to experiment with and find one you like.

Thanks for your opinion guys.
I just like to know one more thing before going to buy the intuos 5 is that the multi touch feature really helpful and speedup my drawing workflow?Currently i'm following eddie and Danielle's lessons.

The multi-touch is neat, probably makes up for the higher price. The pen felt nice and as I said almost like on paper or cardboard. No scratching or squeaking noises from it either. You should probably be able to try one out at a computer store, that will help make your mind up before forking out the wedge.
