Hey Mohammad-Almoneef,
Could you do me a favor and run through the Video Optimizer here: http://www.digitaltutors.com/11/video_optimizer.php
In most cases that fixes any playback issues.
But in case it doesn't, then please hit "No" on the Video Optimizer and that will walk you through a traceroute. Now keep in mind that a traceroute does include some information specific to your ISP as it traces the route from your computer to our servers, so for your own privacy please don't post that information here on a public forum. Instead, please submit that to us privately through the Helpdesk system and that way we can work to resolve the issue.![]()
well, i did the video optimizer and still nothing appear " this should take only a few seconds " but it takes more than
as well as nothing took to traceroute
If you click the "No I cannot" button then that'll lead you to the steps to submit a traceroute to our Helpdesk system.

Hmm, odd. Well if you could take these steps and then submit them into a ticket then we can look at it more closely:
Step 1: Open Finder and click the Applications button on the side menu. Select Utilities, and then open Terminal.
Step 2: Copy each command below and paste into Command Prompt or Terminal. Run the command, then paste the results into a new Helpdesk ticket, which you can create by clicking here. Repeat these steps for the second and third commands.
Code:tracert cp86045.edgefcs.netCode:tracert s2cnilec48y8yq.cloudfront.netStep 3: Test your connection speed at www.speedtest.net. Be sure to select the server in Ashburn, Virginia, USA and run the test. Click 'Share This Result', copy the URL and paste that into the support ticket as well.Code:tracert d30gauz94qkf9g.cloudfront.net
Submit all of that information into the support ticket and I'll alert the customer service team to expect that.
