Softimage parameters, HELP!!

I doing this animation project and some controls of the rigs have their parameters hidden.
Is my first time doing a big animation project with XSI, is driving me a bit crazy.
I work best with MAya and 3ds MAX.

My question is how do I unhide parameters from an animation control or object for that matter.
