Hello all,
Over the admittedly short amount of time I have been modeling I have tried to find good base models for humans. When I was very very new I was very into cutting corners apparently. In any case, What I could find was usually out of my price range after selling my children to afford Maya or was either far too low rez to be workable without...actually having to work (Like i said..cutting corners) or had terrible geometry. Skip forward about a year and I'm watching a video lecture by a professional model/designer using "kit bashing", and during the video he has dozens and dozens of just spare parts laying around that he pieces together an entire transformer with...needless to say I was impressed and decided It was time to begin building my OWN base meshes if for else anything than to "spare parts" that were designed by me and I liked. ( Of course this was after googling for a few hours trying to find them for free lol - old habits do die hard you know).
I spent a couple of weeks contemplating what genre I wanted to do this in and what would be most productive and make me happy while modeling.. and I realized..while modeling an Apache helicopter that I really didn't like sharp edges and how fond I was of organic humanoid/animal modeling; and with that, I began modeling my very first human base mesh to work off of, a Female as it was - and I intend to upload and provide this base mesh .OBJ FREE of charge in a medium resolution ( medium poly count ). I believe it will remain headless, as this area does vary a lot, and in the end, include several different sets of breasts that can be merged (with provided MEL scripts) into the base as editing this area once its attached can get a little rough, as well as hands and feet in different poses, further down the line in the process so long as it takes off.
I am posting the images of the base mesh as it is currently, and would like feedback to if this community would like to receive a perfectly free, no ads anything to get it, on my own domain, base mesh of a female to work with along the previous parameters, if you would..please reply and let me know, because I won't know the response unless you tell me

Once again, the arms are "in progress" but if you notice any immediate flaws let me know, and anywhere else on the body i'm very much up for critism, just remember it is a base mesh, and i'm focusing on the large body parts ( thighs, calves, kneecaps, etc) and not fine details.

If any mods happen to review this, if you could push it back out of the month by month i'd be very appreciate. I may indeed shove a basic head and breasts on for proportions sake so that I can view the entire body.
i maybe wrong but it seems a bit off balance.. leaning forward...but i maybe wrong here...
