I am having problem with the rigg provided in 12 principals of animation .I am doing the stretch and squash tutorials.The chest is completely fixed and legs are moving in very unnatural and disturbing pose.
like its possible to click on plus and minus buttons on your keyboard to alter the general gizmo / crosshair / manipulator size.

I need some help and pointers
I am learning animation and I feel that I am doing pretty well but I keep finding that when it comes to smoothing out my animation adding moving holds follow though and offsets to movement I am really having trouble grasping how to do it effectively...
So, i did a custom Rig and did a characterization with Human IK, same thing to the mo-cap. When i set the source to the mocap, my controls and the FK rig stays at the bind position, so i have no control over the Rig with the mocap.
Those yellows bones that HumanIK creater with those IKhandles...
