I simply cant get the light to work....
When i make lets say a Spot Light.. it just make one Cone.... But not the other cone it normaly did in 6.0, i mean the Light Direction Cone... One Cone light, and Other Cone Light Direction.
How Can i get that to work in Maya 7.0 ??

That sounds like a glitch. Maybe you can try reseting your light in the create options

Not entirly sure what you mean. POst a screen shot if this doesn't work, but I think what you mean is the light fog cone. That the cone in blue that is attached to the spot light to represent the areas where the light fog will be rendered. That need to be added manually by going to the spot light attributes and under light effects add a light fog node (click on the button). Hopefully thats it. If not try resetting the settings, and also create a new scene then create the light.

I think he means there's no arrow in his spot light. All he gets is a cone.

Select the light, and in the tool bar, select the "Universal Manipulator" tool. That's the sixth one from the top.
Hope that helps.
