What do you think of my textured head?

I put a spec...hope I did it right. I used the dodge tool on a grayscale and paint off the forehead, side of the nose and a line on the nose and some under the chin and on the lips. My first spec....

I used 3 colored (red, blue, green) directional lights.

Now I have to figure out how to do eyebrows and eyelashes. There is actually almost no tutorials out there to make eyelashes and eyebrows.

But what do you think?

Looks nice. Especially the ears

Looks good, a few things:

Watch the shape of the eyes, they should be more pointed at the sides.

Also the mouth seems to be comming out. Generaly the mouth area is pretty flush and does not bump out of the face, except for the lips.

Other than that, I think this would look great once you get some hair on him.
