Shave problem again. help

is it possible in shave that the hair could look wet or really straight hair?
seems im not getting that effect however i tweak. though the curves are really clamp but the hair are not

Man, you're really at this Shave and a Haircut thing :D. Good...it gives me the opportunity to learn more :)

After couple of tries, here's my result.
Reduce all attributes of the frizz properties. Uncheck Tipfade, because the tip of the hair becomes opaque when wet. Kink Properties should also be at 0. Root and tip thickness should be a little more than what you would normally use. Depending on the wetness, increase or decrease the specularity, because the more the wetness the shiny the hair.
