im trying to make an eye but it doesnt look watery or moisten. i use blinn shader any suggestion?

You can try a layer LayerdTexture node with something that looks a liquid using a phong node for the upper shader and do an add or saturate to provide you with the look that you are looking for. I hope this works

Thanks, i got weird result. i already assigned map texture already, do i need to used lateyed shader?

some people use another object, duplicating the eye and enlarging it and applying a glossy shader. Depends what works best for u.
