View Full Version : Nuke to Maya matchmoving pipeline help needed!

Howdy,

ive tracked an actors head in nuke (using the camera tracker node) and sticks just fine in Nuke, tested using a cube. Upon exporting as a chan and reimporting into maya the camera no longer matches. Im curious as to the best pipeline for object based 3d matchmoves. Ive gotten the best track results using nuke but cant seem to get any camera consistency.

I believe you need to change the orientation on rotation, or you need to set the export to animate the scene, not the camera. Hope that helps.
