Heads up, guys! This looks promising, although don't quote me on that cuz trailers are sometimes deceptive.
It very much looks like Shrek, with the whole distorting of fairytales and their characters. I really like the cartoonish style. The humor looks good as well :).

Hoodwinked really did hookwinked everyone who thought it was gonna be a total flop, from the looks of the trailers. Even though the CG was so-so, the story delivered well.
I think it's interesting to see a twist all those childhood fairtales we loved so much "...and they lived happily ever after. The End."
Telling a different side of a fairytale is not new though. Warner Brothers showed a cartoon way back where the big bad wolf tells his side of the story of the three little pigs, to the jury. Turns out the pigs were not so innocent after all :)

Just checked out Happily N'ever After. I'd say it's an okay movie, very predictable. CG style is wonderful cartoonish :).

Saw it. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with it. I've seen just about every animated movie that's been released in the US for the past decade or so and I can honestly say it was one I wished would end far sooner than it did.
It wasn't end-of-the-world level terrible, but it really lacks in many spots. Story being one of them.
Personal opinion, wait on the DVD and rent it.

I think this looks fun. I need to see it. I like a lot of the voice talent they got too. Got to go find a theater now playing it.
