I think someone have already posted the same post as i did.
But i have problem with lights i dont know what light i should add to my scene. It should be nice and warm sunshine outside like this picture. I cant find any good tutorial on the net about adding realistic lights.venedig (http://www.hochzeitsreisen.ch/medias/hochzeitsreisen/flittertage/venedig-1.jpg)

Well there is no short way to tell someone how to get "realistic lights". Its like asking "How do you build a car?" There's a lot of details and attributes that go into it.... one of the best things I can say is to use a lot of references. Understanding how real light works and bounces off of things is the first step to understanding 3D lighting.

Oh, and regarding the part of your post that I quoted...never use just one light. Of course the amount of lights depends on your scene size, but I find that I can easily have 40 or 50 lights if not more for an indoor scene. After a while I kind of lose count :)

Edit: If you use GI or IBL or something like that then technically you don't need any lights -- but if you use those, expect your render times to jump insanely high. As an example, the scene I'm working on now I lit with GI+FG and it took about an hour to render. I re-lit it with regular lights using the Maya renderer and so far its at just under ten seconds. Of course I'm not done with it yet, but you get the idea...
