Biped animation training for 3DS Max ?

Hi everybody

This is my first post in this section, I recently was asked to learn 3DS Max for a big project we have coming up.

All of the characters have been rigged using the Biped system. I have done some searching but can't find much on animating using biped I was wondering if there where any tutorials on this on DT ?

Any info would be great
