Displace Node

Hi all
I've been playing around with the displace node to get a rotoed shape to be displaced over an image but instead of displacing it over the top it pushes it under the original image.

This is my original image:

And this is what I get after using the displace node:

However, this is what I would like to achieve:

My displace node settings are this:

I would also like to get those streched pixels as well, which I could not get.

Any takers???
