What's that fish rig tut again?

Hey,

I recall seeing someting with a fish rigged a Ik spline or something very long ago.

Maybe the backwater project? What tutorial/disk illustrates this techinque of Ikspline rigging for a fish?

The fish itself.
I saw one of those back waterbunch characters with the huge eyes/ purple body, wagging its body in a sin motion. That the tut I'm looking for....realistic fish rigging.
