Lattice _FFD Base and cluster Problem !

I rigged a character but Im having a few problems,

The *ffd base* gets left behind !
along with the *tongue and eye clusters* when I move the character
forward is that correct ?

*or should I parent them to something ?*

Hey Lee! Parent them to whatever they need to follow. In this case, try parenting them to the head control.
