Hey plz! Well, to answer your first question:

-If you want to see the blend, then make sure you set keys from one mode to the other (for example, ik to fk, or visa versa), and you should see the blend when you scrub through the animation.

To answer your second question:

-In the workspace, if you were let's say in fk mode and you switch to ik, the arm may appear to stay as if no switch was made, but once you move the ik controller, the arm will pop into its right position following the controller. But that's fine, that happens.

one more question from me after checking blending and working on ik_fkblending..
that is
what if i make one shot of animation through ik and after that second shot of animation with the help of fk without making any blending?
my question is hard to understand because i don't know how to tell..
Delano.. if you have time Please can you make a little online tutorial on it ik_fk blending... or how to make pose with ik and second pose with fk without seeing any cherk in joints.. when we are in fk the ik should follow the wrist joint because when we set a key on ik_fkblendinding... i mean when we finished fk mode we get our controller for ik where we disconnect the fk mode isn't it a tricky question?
