cant find schene tree please help

in the movies on here it says scene tree is in tools but i cant find it also when i press f11 i get events script not schene tree my layout seems to be different to the one in the movies to . is this because im using version 4.2 if so how do i get to the echene tree and chance my layout so i can follow the tuts. i only have the trial and about 6 days left so need help a.s.a.p thanks if anyone can

made 2 corcle particle systems going up thease will be comming out of two bowls ,
i have added a attract but want them to attract tougher into 1 waterball
like in keytoons buckets
