I was curious how you all changed the color of Maya's interface. The yellow in Maya Basics looks a little friendlier to the eye. I can't locate the color change option in preferences...
Also I created a Boolean object by subtracting a small sphere from a large sphere. The small sphere disappeared after the operation. I was able to locate the small sphere by using my arrow keys and finding it highlighted in the channel box. The small sphere's
geometry was gone, but the move tool icon for the small sphere appeared on my screen. I was able to perform subsequent booleans by moving the move icon for the small sphere. Pretty cool. When I went to move my large sphere to a certain location, puff, it also disappeared It only returned when I moved it, the large sphere, back to its original location. The case of the disappearing spheres make no sense to me. Where'd she go?
:yes
