How in-depth do your buildings have to be? Do a search on Google images for some reference pictures or you can even draw out your own if you have an idea of what you want.

I want to model a few detailed buildings. Like a famous building.

I highly doubt if you'll be able to get blueprints of famous buildings so easily on the web, especially the detailed ones. That's delicate information, depending on the building. I'd suggest looking into library archives for books on the buildings you want the print of. Even if they won't contain detailed blueprints they will give you a good idea how to go about drawing it yourself.

Google image will get you some good shots of the buildings but like Dj said, you will probably have to draw the image planes you use yourself. When I was working with a team on the Salk Biological Institute, we contacted the company which hired the architect to build it and got detailed engineering plans. But it was a university research team, I doubt they will give it to anyone unless they have a good reason.
