i don't see paint effect in render?

hi when i hit render to see my paint effect any effect i got nothing even when i hit batch render it shows nothing.. why it is going this in maya?

Are you rendering in Mental Ray? If so, then it won't show. PaintFX can only be rendered in software, in the default renderers.

If you are rendering with maya software, in the render global settings near the bottom the maya software tab, make sure under paint effects rendering that "enable stroke rendering" is turned on.
