Extruding Face

I am really tired of this, i did a new project about 10 times but the same problem is happening.

1) I make a polygon cube with 3 Subdivision Width and 2 Subdivision Height.
2) I select all the faces on one side of the cube and press on Extrude face.
3) When i pull them out the vertex in the middle seem to separate. I have no idea why this is happening but in the video for Female Android everything is fine. What do i do please help me.

go to polygons->tools->keep faces together,

its a very common problem:)

Oh thank you so much, i've spent already 2 hours trying to find the problem :D
