i can't download the MEL Skript for the City Builder, because there is no download link. Had someone a idea where i can get this Skript?

You have to contact the author of city builder, he will send you the script.

I am not sure if he's abandoned the site, or his account. There are other ways though, which I think are just as affective. You can use Maya's Paint FX to generate houses and buildings, and apply them to curves, however you want your city to lay out. Another way is to use a MEL script found on Autodesk;

this little skript works, but its not a CityBuilder like the picture of the city builder from Dan Neufeldt.
