Text Aliasing

Hello,

I have another question, which is the best way to integrate text in the composition?Which format and to import and oprions to avoid aliasing. I tried it with an interlaced .PNG format but there are artifacts around the text. Its for a title sequence, I have a tga Image and then brought the text with blend&comp node in front of the composition.
