I have a single mesh for a character, and the tutorials break down each part of UV mapping into seperate parts. Are these attached?How do I seperate out my UV so I can have a detailed face pelt and a less detailed pair of pants? Is this advisable.
My current fix was to clone a seperate head and create a UV for that but alas when lading back the UV to the main mesh it doesn't load.
Any help as to this process?
