scaling down

hello just woundering if anyone can help me. i have to scale down my model, it contains a skeleton rig, but when i group it and try to scale down the model the skeleton scales down seperate from the body. i have managed to scale it doen on another rig but not this one. thanks i put some images on to show my trouble.

If you try to scale a model the pivot scales from the center. Try using a scale constrain on both items. With the scale constaint the pivot is located at X= 0, Y=0, Z=0.

where might i find the scale constaints?

Look under animation --- constrain ---- scale.
