i got a question my Maya is acting funnyand its hard to explain ;its my tools- move,scale,and rotate when I pick any one of them the object of the tool shrinks together where the X Y Z axis is hard to notice and makes it very hard to work with; what can i do to sterech the axis on the tools? OHH!!! im useing Alias Maya 7 Unlimited :frown: Someone Help!!!!!

Open maya and select Windows -- setting and preference -- preference --- Manipulators. adjust the setting here. This should help.

Good Looking, ur a genius!!!!!! :bang ;listen i got a lot to learn it be cool if u could hook up so i can learn.......... NO HOMMO.im not compeletly lost on this program ie been learning off of Digital Tutors which i should say they r awesome i gopt to learn how to build and animate a Pod Racer from episode 1 Star Wars...

There is one package at this site that goes into the pod racer. I found it to be very helpful. I have used it several times for deministrating how to make a jet engine. It also goes into nurbs a little. Good luck!!!!!!!
