IK Handle in Softimage

Hi everyone!

I was looking on of the Facial Rigging Turorial in Maya and i was wondering if there is a same tool called: IK HANDLE TOOL in Softimage?

Is it called the same or is it called different? At first i thought it is the UP Vector but im not sure about it!

any idea?
