modo geometry problem

Hey! Having a problem creating geometry in modo. Sometimes the geometry works and comes up on the screen but sometimes after i delete the geo I created, I get this coordinate thing; but no actual geo. Anyone know what i am doing wrong, or maybe my computer doesn't have the minimum system requirements.

Hi,

I think you have forgotten to create a mesh item / or deleted your only mesh item in the scene. The mesh items are like containers for the geometry.
