Alright, I have the Rhino tutorial for UV layout. I am working through the UV layout of the feet. I have done the right arm and right leg. The instructor, I think Kyle, says he went ahead and did the other side since it is similar. That all makes perfect sense, but are you telling me that there is no function in XSI to mirror a UV layout structure in a perfectly symmetrical model!?! Do I have to do the whole thing again manually? That is ridiculous if that is true. It should be very easy from a programming perspective. Let me know if you have any suggestions so I can shave off some time in my pipeline. Thanks.

XSI does not have any function to Mirror UVs of a symmetrical model. Come to think of it, I haven't worked with any 3D apps that had any kind of "UV symmetry".

In XSI, the easiest way to get identical UVs on both halves of the model would be to delete one half of the model, UV map the remaining half, then when you mirror the geometry, the UVs will be carried over to the other half of the geometry.
