View Full Version : Free Tutorials wont play

How do I get the free tutorials to play, for some reason mine don't work. Is it a codec issue or am I doing something wrong? I tried to get the creating a layered shader for a bottle label to work but it won't play.
What error are you getting?

Basically the tutorial just sits there and does not begin, an opening into with the astronaut is show and that's it. I haven't received a definate error message.

What you are seeing is a simply a little advertisement before the free lesson. You just need to click on it to start the lesson.

i have had this problem too, i am using firefox ad it sometimes works better on IE, also try clearing the cache, that has helps too,
i am not getting an error just, Aplication error and must now close,

also i think it has to do something with the latest verion of quicktime

Hm, that's weird. I haven't been getting that error, but something that has been happening to me is that sometimes the ad doesn't show up, it's just a white screen, so I have to click the white screen to get it to start. Sometimes if I click the wrong spot (the spot you guys have reserved for a link to whatever the particular ad is for) it takes me away from the page.
Not a big deal, just kind of weird. Nismo did you try manually installing the TechSmith EnSharpen Codec that DT has available for download?
