Softimage 2011.5 to hit the shelves soon!!!

Well just took a look at the Area from Autodesk and Softimage 2011.5 is coming soon.

DT be prepared. I think that you should go into an urgent staff meeting and put Softimage on the table again.

And this is the survey for this year of the most used 3d Apps. Guess in the payware area who is software number one? Yup Sofitmage!!!!!

Just below Blender. But blender is open source and it is free. So it is logic that is the most used sofware. But when it comes to big guys....

It is to notice that the only Autodesk app that gain points was Softimage, while 3d Max and Maya dropped down very drastically.

Seems that only mayor studios that have Maya seats are the ones that are sticking with the app.
