IPR/Renderview Not Launching

Has anyone had this happen to them?

I've somehow managed to disable my IPR/renderview panel completely. I tried reinstalling and the script editoe says I'm rendering but the panel just won't launch anymore.

I hope I havent exceeded my quota with you guys yet.

Managed a fix, don't know how but it corrected itself.

Would love to blame a gremlin or some ill manored sub routine because I have no explaintation for the cause or the solution.
