Problem with PPG's (Property Pages) Please Help!

I recently installed my Softimage XSI Foundation 6.1 onto my new computer. Everything installed and I got it authorized through autodesk no problem...however something wonky is happening with my PPG's

Example. Everytime you create a new Primitive xsi inserts the primitive into the scene and then automatically pops up the PPG or property page, so that you can edit the primitive by adding more subdivisions or changing the size. etc.

My XSI won't pop up the PPG's automatically! I have to go to Explorer to select the Primitive and hit enter.

Mmmm. Odd... I remember that some day that happened to me.

In fact I was having some troubles with 2011. Everytime I hitted the render tree the software closed. The way I solved this was to delete the user directory and everything went back to normal.

The issue you are experiencing can sometimes happen when running or undoing certain commands within Softimage.

Normally this can be fixed by going to File > Preferences > Interaction. Inside the 'Property Editors/Views' tab, make sure 'Popup Property Editors on Node Creation' checkbox is turned ON.

That should get you fixed up.
