Moving objects using arrow key

Hi all!
I really want to use arrow key to tweek and move around objects sometime instead of using mouse for precision. How can I customize keyboard set up to do that? Thank you all for the input. Happy maxin'

the arrow keys are mainly for the walkthrough it the p.view when your on the p.view then you hit the up key to walk foward the down key to go back Etc. You can cutom the infterface but i would not change it unless you know what your doing

Ok..Yeah I did kinda find out where to change the keys but I don't use the p.view that much right now. So if I can change it back and forth that'll be great. I'll look into changing the hot key panel and see if it'll work for my work around. Thank you. happy maxin'
