Face plate

I am new to XSI and I am learning from your totorials.:) In my XSI, I cant seem to find the face plate that is used.

I know I can use anything but I like following it exactly,:)

LMAO i thought the same thing. I use XSI ALOT on a daily basis and I dont know what this dudes talking about. what the heck is an XSI face plate??!!
