I'm modeling a car right now, and I've modeled the whole body and everything. The only I always get stuck on is adding the seams of the car. How do you that part?

Do you mean the seams between the panels? In the car modelinf kit, they make each panel a separate object and extrude the border edges so that they are perpendicular to the car (and pointing into the car). That will give each panel a 'lip' so then you would convert it to sub-ds. Then you just have to apply two or three partial creases to the edges right before the lip, so you have a smooth edge.
