When I activate it, i get this result. What should i do? Should i say my configuration now? Or only should i say my graphics card model? Anyway, my graphics card is 256 MB X800XT(Ati). And i've using Maya 7.01. Here's the picture:

loos like u have more then one geometry and its poking out, check to see if its only one.

you're sure its just the default shader, try applying a blinn or something to it.

I've applied a phong(textured) to it. But situation is the same.

ok so now it almost definitely a graphics card problem. So first off, i'm pretty sure the x800 isn't supported by maya only the fire GLs from ATI are supported, the rest are great cards but have crappy drivers, at least maya doesn't like them. Anyways, so appart from getting an Nvidia card, they only thing I can think of is trying the default drivers windows installs by default, then try any updated drivers you can find on their site.
After that, look into the omeg drivers for ati:
