Error: Command polyToSubdiv failed.

Hi all When i tried to convert polygons to subdiv it gives an error
says : Error: Command polyToSubdiv failed. Open Script Editor for details.

and when i opened the editor details shows the following :

so i tried chosen polygons and clean nothing happened the same error

Iv been there so I started over. Maya unlike Cinema & others is picky picky. If the calculations aren't 100%, you will find most calculations in Maya wont cimpute. When subs dont bite when converting from polys, somewhere in the model you have a vertex in need of help. Maybe one didnt get merged, maybe it was merged more then once or just maybe Elvis Presley is singling "Heart Break Hotel"

If you delete half the faces then convert, it will convert so the problem is laging somewhere in the faces in your vertex. Also whatch out when running auto fuctions such as booleans. Always convert to subs after running auto calculations just to see if all is well. You may also have extra vetex hanging around on your model such as if you delete a edge, the vertex is still there. Make sure you delete them & finally make sure you delete history but only on a low resolution version (poly)
