Despite many impressive videos and artist tutorials on the Explosion effect in Cinema 4D, there are NONE (that I've found) that instruct on how to make an object hit another, then cause it to shatter/explode.
All tutorials that I have found are using primitives and text from right within C4D.
What if you are using Illustrator text and other objects? Let's say, you've created a animation, it looks good, now someone wants you to make one part hit the other and shatter or explode?
No tutorials assume the use of existing (complicated) structures. All assume you are starting from scratch.
If you create a tutorial here, I feel it'll be thorough and address this (probably basic) task.
