I was just wondering is Digital Tutors was planning on doing any CDs for modeling and creating environments from scratch or photos such as landscapes, cities, country settings, and so on. If you are, I would like to get it.

Another thing I would recomend doing is making it a set sort of like you did with the monster creature. You could start it out as doing the environments using different methods such as building from elevation maps, photos, HDR images, and so on. Then you could do a CD on detailing the environment with the easiest ways to texture it and put realistic lighting, and possibly add another CD where you could add even more detail by adding paint effects such as trees and etc, and particle animation for thing like a sandstorm or tornados. Heck you could even add the soft body and rigid body things like mud and objects going through it. You could do it as a series sort of like your production series, and basically put it all together, including the realistic environments and possibly some kind of characters or vehicle. It's just a recommendation, or possibly just a hopeful request. It's up to Digital Tutors in the long run. Just think about it.
