this is a short film that took 2 years to make. the trailer is on the website and also a 12 minute video on how it was made. i think the quality is very nice.

These guys had a progress thread about "Meet Meline" on CGTalk a while back, and for sometime they did post screenshots of the wips and how different elements came together to form stunning results. I thought it was really nice of them to do so. Glad the short got finished.

I think it should be noted that a 1-Minute Extract (the first one minute of the short film) came on Issue 126 (I believe) of 3D World, I could post it here if you'd like.

I really loved it, I'm so used to cartoony animation from Dreamworks and Pixar that I've forgotten how awesome it can be when it's used how the two people who made Meet Meline used it.

It really is stunning, they put so much work into it and it shows, I can't wait for the full movie, just the 1-Minute preview inspired me :).

Also, sorry about the bump, but the movie is still being made, so the thread should be ongoing :P
