i search for a face modeling tutorial in xsi or is it easyer to learn or build it in maya ?

As for whats easier, if you use polygons, it will probably almost exactly the same in any application you use, but in general, you can do anything with any of the major applications, all that matters is your skill. If you are good at one program, then you will be good with all of them. In terms of modeling a head (or face) I don't think there will be any advantage to using any particular program over another.

can anyone help me out, I have maya 5 Im tried every modeling procedure cage method, box method, spline, nurbs, nurbs booleans, polygons split edge continuous edge extrude edge + face, i just can cant seem to creat character, somewhere in transition i end up having to start over because my topology isnt good or the model just doesnt look good,
if anyone can help me out that would be great thanks

posting samples would help. other then that, get a good tutorial or image planes for guides. get the Android kit and it will get you going.
