Hey I tried XSI for a night and I really like it
Sure its different from Maya and 3DsMax, but I like the interface and the shortcuts.

I made a simple image. My inspiration came from a documentary that I saw last night on "canal D" wich is a Channel available in Quebec (french)
just like discovery channel

Hope you like it!

I had a dream a few nights ago about pink glowing jellyfish, totally cool and scary, then the dream took some weird turn but anyways nice work. :D

XSI is great and now that I've been using it it's hard to pull away. I was big on Maya and then stopped using it after Maya 5 or 6, then picked up XSI and worked with it ever since. Now that I have some talent in XSI I find a studio here in Hawaii that uses Maya. Go ****** figure. :D I need to relearn Maya and play catchup or make something on my own... 3D has like become some silly bug keeping me up and night and longing to pull away from my grueling day job for a 3D one.
I just bought two hp 2009m monitors and setup my XSI dual view layout as follows:

It has helped me be more productive assuming I don't have youtube open on the second monitor.
Of course having DT tutorials in the second window is the real bonus.
