error in maya

hi,

where time i open maya the output windows has a Warning it says
"Warning: temp directory C:\DOCUME~1\COMPUT~1\LOCALS~1\Temp does not have write permissions.
Resorting to default.
Error: default temp directory C:/DOCUME~1/COMPUT~1/LOCALS~1/Temp does not have write permissions."
i tryed to unstall and reinstall maya it stall have the same error, can someone help me please

Try doing this: go to that folder, right-click it and go to the Properties. Look at the attributes and if Read-only is checked, uncheck it. Maya usually uses this temp directory to store temporary objects like playblasts, crashed files, etc.
