Just a quick model made with Maya, ZBrush and touched up in Photoshop

-----------------------------------------------------------

IV just spotted this competition on the bottom of the Digital Tutors news letter and I think it’s rely cool to have a practical project with a deadline to work on (I tend just to let things sit without a time line). Anyhoo that’s enough of me waffling on, I had a couple of ideas as to what I could do and I’ve made a few very rough sketches of them. I’d love to hear which one you like (if any) and any ways I could make them better

Cheers Ben :)

PS: ill be using Maya & ZBrush with a quick cleanup in Photoshop afterwards

Haha, all are pretty neat, though I like the last one. It's unusual and intriguing.

you mean the whole scene (character and everything) or more environment?
You should try the one that looks like an octopus eating a fish
